Affordable, casual Italian dining in a warm and welcoming space. Campagnolo serves rustic dishes inspired by the Piedmont and Emiglia-Romagna regions of Italy in an open, spacious room highlighted by original old growth fir wood beams. Owners and savvy restaurateurs Tom Doughty, Robert Belcham and Tim Pittman of the award winning Fuel Restaurant have created a pleasurable and entertaining dining experience for guests.

Campagnolo Restaurant takes home the Gold for Best New Restaurant at 2010 Vancouver Magazine Awards. Also awarded, Silver - Best Casual Italian, Silver - Best Interior Design and Honourable Mention - Best Small Plates.

Grappa literally means "grape stalk". Most grappa is made by distilling pomace, grape residue (mainly the skins, but sometimes also stems and seeds) left over from winemaking after pressing.
